What is the delegate registration fee?

The registration fee covers all conference materials, venue access, and delegate lunches for the duration of the summit. Specific payment instructions and early-bird deadlines are provided upon initial registration approval.

Where is the venue

The conference is held at Hanyang University HIT Center.

Specific venue will be shared in the welcome letter that you will receive after registration.

What is the mandatory dress code for the conference?

All delegates must adhere to Western Business Attire.

This includes suits, formal shirts, dresses, or blazers.

What is the deadline for position paper submissions?

Position papers must be submitted via submission form no later than 27th of June.

Timely submission is a prerequisite for any delegate awards. 

Position paper submission form will be out a week before the conference.
